Prior to listing our home with him, he did a walk-through and made several recommendations on some things he thought we could do that would increase our potential once we hit the market. We took his advice and it made a few updates. When it came time to actually list he did the research and knew the local market. We had showings almost immediately after listing and received a cash offer that was very close to our asking price only 7 days after we listed. After the buyers' inspection, Brent worked tirelessly to help us meet their requests and we closed 3 weeks and 1 day after listing. You will not find a harder-working agent out there than Brent. "From start to finish, Brent absolutely crushed it. Although we had completed a fair amount remodeling, this was still an older Southdowns home. Brent did a great job of finding the right buyer, and making the inspection process as pain free as possible despite a considerable amount of repair request be made. He handled lining up on the contractors, quotes, and ensuring all items were completed timely and thoroughly. Most importantly Brent communicating clearly with us along the way - whether it be good or bad news. I can't recommend him enough."
